The Amber Guild Discord server, referred to in this policy as “the Server”, “the Amber Guild”, or “the Official Discord”, is an online community owned and operated by Amber Morgan under the Nixara’s Awakening Universe brand.
By joining, accessing, or participating in the Server, you agree to comply with the following rules, protections, and terms. These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available on pureamber.com.au. Where any conflict arises, the website terms will take precedence.

Age Restriction
The Amber Guild is a 16+ community. By joining, you confirm that you are 16 years of age or older. Some channels may include mature themes, strong language, darker discussions in relation to the books. Any content that must be restricted under Discord’s platform rules will only be permitted in appropriately designated spaces.
2. Intellectual Property and Creative Rights
All content posted or shared within the Server, including but not limited to writing, chapters, lore, drafts, excerpts, artwork, character designs, maps, exclusive Patreon or early-release materials, audio, images, livestreams, concept notes, and discussions relating to the Nixara’s Awakening Universe®, is the property of Amber Morgan unless otherwise stated and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
By participating in the Server, you agree that you will not copy, save, screenshot, record, download, repost, distribute, or share Server content online or offline without express written permission. You also agree not to use Server content for AI training, derivative works, or commercial purposes, and not to plagiarise, rewrite, imitate, reproduce, or claim ownership of any characters, lore, writing, names, concepts, or other creative material associated with the Nixara’s Awakening Universe®.
Any breach of this section may result in immediate removal from the Server and may also lead to copyright complaints, platform reports, take-down requests, or further action where appropriate.
3. User Conduct Requirements
All members are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. You agree not to engage in harassment, threats, stalking, targeted behaviour toward any member, discrimination based on gender, sexuality, nationality, race, disability, or identity, sharing explicit content outside designated age-restricted channels, self-promotion or advertising without written permission, attempts to bypass Server rules, or any harmful behaviour that disrupts the community.
Failure to follow these conduct requirements may result in warnings, content removal, muting, restricted access, or removal from the Server without notice.
4. Moderator Authority and Protection
The Amber Guild moderators, referred to in this policy as “Moderators”, are appointed by Amber Morgan to enforce the rules of the Server and maintain the integrity of the community.
By participating in the Server, you acknowledge that Moderators act with authority delegated by Amber Morgan and may warn, mute, remove content, restrict access, or ban members where necessary to protect the community and enforce these rules. Moderators may also request age confirmation where reasonably necessary.
Harassing, targeting, intimidating, threatening, or deliberately undermining Moderators is strictly prohibited. This includes attempting to manipulate enforcement decisions, spreading false claims about Moderators, evading moderation action, or attempting to rejoin after removal without permission. Any attempt to interfere with Moderator duties may result in immediate removal from the Server and may be reported to Discord where appropriate.

Plagiarism, Theft, and Content Misuse
The Server operates under a zero-tolerance approach to plagiarism, theft, unauthorised redistribution of content, AI training on posted material, and the misuse or appropriation of names, concepts, characters, lore, or unique story elements associated with Amber Morgan’s work.
Violations may result in permanent removal, copyright complaints, legal take-down notices, DMCA claims, or reporting through Discord’s copyright channels where appropriate.
2. Connection to Discord Policies
All members must also comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Safety policies, and copyright processes. If behaviour on the Server breaches Discord’s platform rules, it may be reported directly to Discord Trust & Safety with supporting evidence.

3. Reporting Issues or Violations
Members may report harassment, rule violations, content theft, underage accounts, or suspicious behaviour through Discord modmail or by direct message to a Moderator.
4. Enforcement and Removal
Amber Morgan and the Moderators reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, mute, kick, ban, or otherwise moderate participation in the Server where they believe it is necessary to protect the community, enforce this policy, or address misuse of the Server or its content.
All enforcement decisions made by Amber Morgan or the Moderators are final.

Amendments
This policy may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the Server after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
