The Amber Guild – Official Discord Policy

Part of the Nixara’s Awakening Universe®

The Amber Guild Discord server (referred to as “the Server”, “the Amber Guild”, or “the Official Discord”) is an online community operated and owned by Amber Morgan, under the Nixara’s Awakening Universe® trademark umbrella.

By joining, accessing, or participating in the Server, you agree to the following rules, protections, and legal terms. These terms exist in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available on pureamber.com.au.
Where a conflict arises, the website terms take precedence.

1. Age Restriction

The Amber Guild is an 18+ community.
By joining, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
If we suspect you are under 18, we reserve the right to remove you immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Creative Rights

All content posted or shared within the Server—including but not limited to:

  • writing, chapters, lore, drafts, excerpts

  • artwork, character designs, maps

  • exclusive Patreon or early-release materials

  • audio, images, livestreams, concept notes

  • discussions relating to the Nixara’s Awakening Universe®

is the exclusive property of Amber Morgan and is protected by Australian Copyright Law and international copyright conventions.

You agree that you will NOT:

  • copy, save, screenshot, record, or download any content from the Server

  • repost, share, or distribute Server content anywhere online or offline

  • use Server content for AI training, derivative works, or commercial purposes

  • plagiarise, rewrite, imitate, or reproduce any part of the IP

  • claim ownership of any characters, lore, writing, names, or concepts

  • share invites, messages, or screenshots with non-members

Violation of these terms may result in:

  • immediate ban from the Server

  • reporting your account to Discord Trust & Safety

  • copyright complaints filed formally

  • legal action in severe cases

3. User Conduct Requirements

You agree not to engage in:

  • harassment, threats, stalking, or targeted behaviour toward any member

  • discrimination based on gender, sexuality, nationality, race, disability, or identity

  • sharing explicit content outside of designated 18+ channels

  • self-promotion, advertising, or solicitation without explicit written permission

  • attempting to undermine moderators or bypass Server rules

  • harmful behaviour that disrupts the community

Failure to follow conduct rules may lead to removal from the Server without warning.

4. Moderator Authority & Protection

The Amber Guild moderators (“Moderators”) are appointed by Amber Morgan to enforce rules and maintain the integrity of the community.

By participating in the Server, you acknowledge that Moderators:

  • act with full authority delegated by Amber Morgan

  • may mute, warn, remove, or ban members as needed

  • may remove content that violates rules or threatens the community

  • may request identity or age verification when necessary

  • are protected under this policy as representatives of the Server

​

Harassing, targeting, or undermining Moderators is strictly prohibited, including:

  • trying to manipulate enforcement decisions

  • arguing with moderation actions

  • intimidating or threatening Moderators

  • spreading false claims about Moderators

  • attempting to evade punishment or rejoin after removal

Any attempt to disrupt Moderator duties may result in an immediate ban and potential reporting to Discord Trust & Safety.

Moderators are not personally liable for actions taken in good faith while enforcing Server rules.

5. Plagiarism, Theft, and Content Misuse

This Server operates under a zero-tolerance policy regarding:

  • plagiarism

  • copying or rewriting Amber Morgan’s work

  • sharing exclusive content externally

  • training AI on any posted material

  • appropriating names, concepts, characters, or unique story elements

Violations will be acted on immediately, including:

  • permanent removal

  • legal take-down notices

  • DMCA copyright claims

  • reporting through Discord copyright channels

​

6. Connection to Discord Policies

All members must follow Discord’s Official Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Copyright Policy.
If any behaviour breaches Discord’s platform rules, it may be reported directly to Discord Trust & Safety with supporting evidence.

7. Reporting Issues or Violations

Members may report:

  • harassment

  • rule violations

  • content theft

  • underage accounts

  • suspicious behaviour

via either:

  • Discord modmail

  • Direct message to a Moderator

8. Enforcement and Removal

Amber Morgan and the Moderators reserve the right to:

  • remove any user at any time

  • remove any content without notice

  • revoke access permanently

  • report violations to necessary authorities or platforms

All enforcement decisions made by Amber Morgan or the Moderators are final.

 

9. Amendments

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the Server constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
